Smau 2019 is the flagship event for thedigital innovation sector ofItalian companies.

This year from October 24 to 26, Fiera Milano has become an important meeting point where you can participate in free workshops, training, networking and find strategic business partners for your business.

In fact, it was possible to find startups and digital enterprises from which to draw through their paths and experience. In this regard, one could attend the Smau Live Show, or 50-minute presentations by realities that received the Smau Innovation Award during the event.

Smau has always offered useful workshops and discussion boards for businesses and professionals. Attending this fair offers insights into new ideas and discovering the most useful innovations for one’s business. This year it was also possible to be guided by the Startup Safaris a program of guided and customizable 40-minute tours among the innovative excellence present at Smau.

In collaboration with Joomla!Lombardia, for SMAU Milan 2019 Isola di Comunicazione took part in the Innovation Lab Roundtable on one of the hottest topics of the moment:

B2B takes a lesson from B2C.

News and trends related to B2B marketing and assumptions of Customer Journey expectations towards the digital experience, which are increasingly assimilated to B2C, were addressed. In fact, the more complex reality given the multiplicity of channels and means available, as well as the change in many values, has also affected the B2B world no longer only that of B2C

So among the various experts, Lorenzo Zesi, Web Marketing and Communication Consultant, Google Ads, Google Partner, founder of Isola di Comunicazione.

In detail, the topics covered by Isola were mainly the following:
