Goals

ATSAI represents a prominent reality in the Italian panorama of training oriented to the entire Wellness, Health & Sport sector.

Social media management for this Client focused on 4 main objectives:

  • Lead Generation: create opportunities on prospects who want to participate in the school’s “open door” initiatives or enroll in the various courses available.
  • Convey the schoolatmosphere and school environment as welcoming and professional.
  • Communicating theauthority and reputation of the Education Cluster.
  • Grow the number of followers and increase audience engagement.

Social strategies for ATSAI Education Hub: promoting courses and attracting new enrollees

ATSAI’s target audience is essentially 2 types: recent graduates who intend to participate in Open Days and then enroll in osteopathy school; professionals who wish to hone their skills with targeted specialization courses.

For ATSAI, social networks have the main function of generating leads and opportunities on these targets, and management is based on the following tactics:

  1. Posting on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin channels of 2 posts per week including graphics, Reels and Stories.
  2. Focus on posts aimed at getting to know ATSAI, the faculty, the school environment through recounting events, “typical days,” interviews, etc.
  3. Engage the audience by generating interest through sharing valuable content for the industry, such as themed columns, expert advice, Q&As etc.
  4. Support the publication of posts with sponsorship campaigns that enhance their dissemination and visibility. For example, promoting events with Registration Form integrated into Meta platform for the smoothest and most effective user experience.

The implementation of the editorial plan for the ATSAI training center.

The editorial plan (PED) consists of choosing themes and topics that will be explored in depth on the social channels selected for the client. For ATSAI, the drafting process was divided into specific stages:

Briefing to identify social themes

Briefing with Client to identify relevant and interesting topics and content for publication.

Brainstorming the team to generate creative and innovative ideas.

Comparison and validation of PED

Comparison with Client for selection of topics from those proposed.

Validation of editorial plan and organization of editorial calendar for scheduled posts.

Copy development, social graphics and post startup

Copy writing for posts and graphics and planning for creation of visuals.

Initiating automatic publication of posts based on the calendar.

Real-time tracking and activity

Work-in-progress: tracking of activities using the social media management tool and a file shared with the Client.

Creating and publishing Stories and Reels in real time following events or for what cannot be scheduled.
